The Copyright Restatement Transparency Project (CRTP) seeks to inform courts and practitioners about significant inaccuracies, omissions, and mischaracterizations of copyright law in the American Law Institute’s (ALI) Copyright Restatement and caution against its use as a reliable authority on copyright.
